This experience is restricted for guests under 120 cm in height, 8 years old, and who are over 136 kg.
This experience is not accessible by wheelchair.
This experience is restricted for guests with medically diagnosed acrophobia, broken bones, severely impaired limbs, cardiac issues, epilepsy, back or joint injury, syncope, or have recently undergone surgery.
Guests over 20 weeks pregnant are restricted from participating in this experience.
Children aged between 8 and 15 years must be accompanied by a paying adult, with a maximum of 3 children per adult.
Guests over the age of 75 will need to have the Medical Clearance Form signed by their doctor 21 days prior to the date of the climb. Guests can provide the signed form at the time of check-in or submit it 7 days prior to the scheduled climb.
Guests are required to sign the declaration and disclaimer form and complete a breathalyzer test. Anyone who records a blood alcohol reading of 0.05% or higher will not be allowed to participate in the climb.
Guests under the age of 18 will need to get the declaration form signed by their parent or legal guardian and present it on the day of the climb.
Guests with diabetes must conduct a blood glucose level test no more than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled RoofClimb in the presence of our personnel and obtain a reading between 6-15 mmol/dl to participate in the experience.
